I had my photo taken under that sculpture on one of my many business trips to NYC. We always stayed in the hotel (Vista International-WTC) which was part of the complex. I took my parents and wife to the top of the tower (110th floor I think) to have drinks, before my father died. I now live in NYC and have to tell you, I never knew where the sculpture went until I saw it here. I remember looking out of what was to become my personal office window, watching the smoldering pile of debris as it was picked up and then taken by dump truck, then ferry across the river. I saw each step . I will be very happy when the scar is replaced by something more fitting. It has taken NYC way too long to get this project done .
